There is one screen charge per color at $50

Prices for white or pastel garments when product is supplied by customer. Prices are for printing ONE location. Shirts are printed in dozens only. Prices based on 8" x 10" screens.

Printing on Spandex, Swim Caps, Mesh, On Pocket, Above Pocket, Towels, Blankets, Butt Prints, Sleeve Prints, Leg or Hats, add a 5% markup.

Allow 2% for misprints, per location. If exact count is needed, order 2% over. Misprints will be returned marked “2nds”.

Artwork & Order Specifications


Weights described in this catalog are estimates. AdCapitol will not pay freight overages.


Prices are based on receiving digital art on CD or e-mail.

Digital Artwork

For the best results with screen printing please send vector art. Vector art is created in programs such as Adobe Illustrator®, Inkscape® and Corel Draw®. Art created in these programs is sharper and can be scaled to any size without loss of clarity. These types of files also allow us to fix any production problems that may occur which cannot be done with a bitmap or raster file (tiffs, jepg etc).

Remember to change all fonts to outlines or to include the font files with the submitted art.

Please consult with your graphics department or contracted artist for more detail of this process. If you do not have an art department, please feel free to call ours.

Also be aware that non-vector art—not including transfers—maybe subject to delay and/or additional charges if the art needs to be re-created in a vector format.

If you are sending art for a plastisol transfer (this process only accepts vector art) please contact your sales person. The requirements for plastisol transfers are very specific and need to be adhered to or the process will fail.

Art can be sent on CD or through email.

Illustrator CS2 to CS6. If you are using Adobe's® creative cloud system please save down to CS6. Please also remember when using Adobe's® creative cloud system that some features with not be backwards compatible (They will not work or be visible to our version of software). Convert all text to paths or outlines. Photoshop (.psd), Corel Draw (exported as an eps file). Do not send Microsoft Word, Publisher or Power Point files. These will not work and may incur a re-draw charge and/or a delivery delay.)

Art off of the Internet in most cases cannot be used.

EPS files must include print-out of artwork, screen & printer fonts.

For transfers, JPEG, TIFF, PDF are acceptable, but files must be 300 dpi or greater.

We can typeset most fonts. The font may need to be provided or purchased if it is not in our library. A color print must be received with all multi-color art.

Faxed art can not be used for logos. It will not scan.

In-house artwork: 30 minutes free, then $130.00/hour.

Right/left side is defined by right/left hand of wearer.

Details on cloth will not be defined as well as they appear on paper. Tiny copyright circles (®) may be illegible.

Virtual proofs are provided as a courtesy at no charge with an in house order. Changes made after the courtesy proof will be charged at $15.00 per proof.

Screen Charges:

One-color screen printing included in most pricing. Printing white on red or burgundy is an extra charge for a double white print. There is a chance that the white will turn pinkish, therefore we print all “white on red fabric” on 100% cotton fabric. We print before we sew the product. We don’t pull the product off the shelf.

Sublimation Printing

Transfer ink vaporizes into pores of polyester. Available on white items made of polyester materials. Additional charges are included on each page. Artwork must be at 300 dpi or greater. There is a $50.00 sublimation setup charge.


No Screens

Full color prints under 1000 will be transfers. Transfers do not have the durability of screen printing. Full color prints 1000 and over will be 4 color process plastisol or sublimated.

Plastisol Transfers

  • There is a $50.00 setup charge
  • 250 pc minimum
  • 9"x12¾" + $4.42
  • 12¾"x19" + $8.28
  • Add time for delivery.

Fabrics & Color Choices

Some products specify available colors. Blanks are sold at 5% off the 1000 piece price or as specified. Custom colors and styles are available; call for a quote. Promotional items are not recommended for washing. Test before laundering.


We reserve the right to ship and invoice plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered. We don‘t pull them off a shelf. We manufacture most items custom, for your order.

Speculative, Pre-Production & Random Samples

  • Speculative samples are available for $65.00, plus setup and UPS.
  • An emailed or faxed paper proof of your artwork is available for free.
  • Random samples are available on select products. You pay only UPS cost.


Sizes may vary slightly as all items are handcrafted. Fabric and color may vary from lot to lot. Upgrades may be made without notice. Super rush “EVENT” orders will be accommodated when possible, and may require additional charge, plus air freight.


Orders must be written, mailed, faxed, or e-mailed. Order acceptance constitutes agreement to AdCapitol’s terms. Please check your acknowledgments. Orders which are less than minimum carry a $50.00 (LTM) surcharge. Call for large quantity pricing. Bar coding and EDI are available upon request. Items shown may contain options not included in base price.

Exact quantities will have a 10% surcharge.


A courtesy proof will be provided in 1-2 business days after reciept or order with artwork. Any additional proofs will be charged @ $15.00, R, per proof.

Custom Orders

If you don’t see the product you need, we can develop it. Custom color selection, sizes, fabric, imprint areas and construction are limited only by your imagination.

Return Policy

All products are guaranteed. No returns on custom orders. Defective products will be repaired or replaced.


50% payment due with order placement. Balance due when order ships. American Express, MC, or Visa credit cards accepted. No COD. Interest charged on late payments.

Packaging & Delivery

All products are flat folded and bulk packed. UPS or common carrier unless specified. FOB our plant and manufactured in NC, SC or OK. Drop shipments and special packaging are available. The approximate weight of each item is shown in the product descriptions. Actual weight may vary slightly. Please use this as an estimate only. Poly-bags available. We can do fulfillment shipping.
